How is Project Isobel funded?

Project Isobel is a Registered Foundation in the Dominican Republic and is fully endorsed by the local authorities.  However, no funding is provided by local or national government.  Pauline has realised this dream totally from her own resources and the generous help of a few faithful supporters.  Everything is ready to receive the first children but funds at present are insufficient to move forward.

We need your help to take this important next step.

 How can you help?

1.  By Donating to Project Isobel

2.  By signing this website guestbook and/or joining our Facebook Cause.

3.

By joining EasyFundraising and choosing Project Isobel as your personal charity.  This is a great way to save money and help a good cause every time you shop online....without it costing you anything.

4.  By joining Project Isobel as a volunteer, either in the Dominican Republic or abroad.

5.  By visiting the project in the Dominican Republic and helping us spread the word.   Airlines will often allow you to bring extra baggage for charity, free of charge, if you arrange it with them in advance.  Please contact us to see what our most urgent needs are.

6.  Last, but by no means least, by praying for us or keeping us in your positive thoughts.

What, apart from funds, is needed at Project Isobel?
  • land for horses in El Choco, between Sosua and Cabarete
  • swimming pool
  • truck suitable for carrying children and animal fodder / materials
